This lovely real turquoise ring has a sterling silver ring setting and the cabochon itself is 18×13 awesome marbling. This is hand picked by myself from a local cavern/lapidary and is family owned. This is around a size 7-8 and is not adjustable. This color is dreamy and lush and just mesmerizing. This is a one of a kind statement ring!!!
